Statement of Faith

1. One God in three Persons; Father, Son & Holy Spirit | 1 John 5:7
2. Jesus is the Word and the Word is God | John 1:1
3. Scripture, both Old and New Testament, is the word of God written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit | 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:21
4. Jesus was born of a virgin, died on the cross for sins, and was resurrected to walk on earth, seen by many for 40 days, then ascended to the right hand of the Father | Matthew 1:18, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:8-9
5. God created man and woman in His image therefore, male and female is determined at birth and continued until death | Genesis 1:26-27
6. The Sanctity of Life is from conception to natural death | Psalm 139:13-16
7. God ordained the family institution. Marriage is a sacred union of one man and one woman in a covenant commitment for life | Genesis 2:24
8. The authority of the local church as an institution is ordained by God to equip and empower its people to evangelize the world and disciple other followers of Jesus to multiply for the Kingdom | Matthew 28:19-20
9. Followers of Jesus, have a mandate from God to be obedient to His Holy Word |Acts 5:29
10. Before the original sin, the world was good, and scripture tells us that Jesus will come again to make the world perfect | Revelation 21:1-5
